As I mentioned earlier, the new Sagitar is based on a  "slightly" longer wheelbase than our VW Jetta.

It is a higher end model for the Chinese market.

Besides the weirdo purple/light grey trim, you can see VW put some effort in trying to make the Jetta interior a  bit more upscale.

Piano black trim, a screen for the A/C control, a new rear console,  new "Audi type" rear turn signals etc...

Power comes from a 1.2 Liter or 1.4 Liter engine with a 7-speed auto.

So no improvement there.
